Refund Policy

Trace is a digital download. Once your license key and download link are delivered, you receive immediate access to the software.

If Trace is not a good fit, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@gettrace.uk with the email used at checkout. We will usually approve a refund if the license has not been abused (e.g. excessive download sharing or chargeback fraud).

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Your license will be revoked and download links disabled after the refund is processed.
