Terms of Service

Trace is early access software. Features, performance, and availability may change. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Trace is sold as Starter (monthly) or Lifetime (one-time) licenses for the Mac app at the price shown at checkout (Starter £1.99/month or Lifetime £19 unless stated otherwise).

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, one license is for one customer or business. You may not resell, sublicense, or share license keys except within your organisation as permitted by your purchase.

You are responsible for installing the Trace script on websites you own or are authorised to modify, and for complying with applicable privacy, storage, and electronic communications laws when tracking visitors. Our Data Processing Agreement describes processor obligations when you use Trace on your sites.

You must not use Trace for unlawful surveillance, to collect data you are not permitted to collect, or to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or material breach of these terms. Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.

To the extent permitted by UK law, Trace is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
